First Topic:
Extensive defects involving all scalp layers with bone exposure are challenging to plastic surgeons. A number of methods like advancement-rotation flaps, transposition flaps, or an expander technique used to reconstruct the scalp. Here, we are going to discuss an effective reconstructive approach to overcome this challenge.

Learning Objectives
1- History and development of calvarial reconstruction
2- The facility of using a dermal substitute for regeneration and coverage of wounds
3- Explaining the technique of Parietooccipital Transposition Flap for Reconstruction of Extensive Full-Thickness Scalp Defects

Second Topic:
Various approaches like VY, WY advancement flaps, primary closure, secondary intention or skin grafting used to reconstruct the perineal form of Hidradenitis Suppurativa. Here, we are going to discuss a rare case of concomitant papillary thyroid carcinoma with perineal hidradenitis suppurativa and its effective reconstructive approach.

Learning Objectives
1- The causes, pathophysiology and classification of Hidradenitis Suppurativa
2- Algorithmic approach to reconstruct the perineum
3- The Technique and Validity of BL VY-Plasty medial thigh advancement flaps for reconstruction of extensive perineal Hidradenitis Suppurativa
